This policy describes how DataDeck Live Dashboard for Apple TV and the DataDeck website at orbitsensors.com/datadeck handle information. The developer is Toygar Dundaralp. Other OrbitSensors products are outside the scope of this policy.
1. Information used by the app
DataDeck does not require an account. Dashboard preferences, including card order, selected cities, display settings and timers, and cached content are stored on your device. The app does not include advertising or cross-app tracking.
With location permission, DataDeck uses device coordinates and Apple's location services to determine your city or region. Coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo to retrieve weather. Country and region information are used to localize news, holidays and other regional content. Location is used for app functionality, not advertising or identity profiling.
If device location is unavailable or permission is denied, the app may contact GeoJS or ipwho.is to estimate your location from your public IP address. Selecting a weather city changes the location used for weather; it does not necessarily disable IP-based localization for other cards.
2. Network requests and external services
Live cards and optional media contact external providers. These include Open-Meteo (weather and city search), GeoJS and ipwho.is (IP geolocation), CoinGecko (market data), Google News and news publishers (news and images), Forex Factory/Fair Economy (economic events), Nager.Date (holidays), USGS (earthquakes), Apple (location and maps), Picsum (images), and SomaFM (ambient audio). DataDeck may also use OrbitSensors infrastructure to serve or cache content.
Services receiving a request can receive your IP address, request time and technical request information. Depending on the feature, requests also include coordinates, a city, language, country or selected content. Providers process this information under their own policies and may operate outside your country. Relevant policies include Open-Meteo, Google and Apple.
3. Website analytics and service logs
The DataDeck marketing website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Google Analytics may use cookies and process page views, device/browser information and approximate regional information. This website analytics integration is separate from the Apple TV app. Hosting and content services may also keep technical access or error logs to deliver content, diagnose problems and protect the service. This privacy-policy page does not load analytics scripts.
4. Storage, security and retention
App preferences and caches remain on your device until cleared, replaced or removed with the app. Network requests use HTTPS where supported by the service. External providers control retention of data they receive under their own policies. Technical logs may remain after the app is deleted and follow the relevant service's log rotation and retention settings. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices and privacy requests
You can change or revoke location permission in Apple TV settings, select a weather city in DataDeck, disable optional features, and remove the app to remove its local data. Denying location permission does not prevent a service from seeing the IP address used to connect to it. For the website, you can manage cookies in your browser and use Google's Analytics opt-out tools where supported.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to processing, or complain to a data protection authority. The developer is identified on the DataDeck App Store listing. Requests relating to information held independently by an external provider should also be directed to that provider.
6. Children and changes to this policy
DataDeck does not offer child accounts or ask users to submit personal profiles. Parents and guardians can manage device permissions and access through Apple TV settings. This policy may be updated when features or services change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.

1. Uygulamanın kullandığı bilgiler
DataDeck hesap açmanızı gerektirmez. Kart sırası, seçilen şehirler, görünüm ve zamanlayıcı ayarları gibi tercihler ile önbelleğe alınan içerik cihazınızda saklanır. Uygulama reklam veya uygulamalar arası takip içermez.
Konum izni verdiğinizde DataDeck, şehir veya bölgenizi belirlemek için cihaz koordinatlarını ve Apple’ın konum servislerini kullanır. Hava durumu almak için koordinatlar Open-Meteo’ya gönderilir. Ülke ve bölge bilgileri haberleri, tatilleri ve diğer bölgesel içerikleri yerelleştirmek için kullanılır. Konum, reklam veya kimlik profili oluşturmak için değil, uygulama işlevleri için kullanılır.
Cihaz konumu kullanılamadığında veya izin verilmediğinde uygulama, genel IP adresiniz üzerinden yaklaşık konum belirlemek için GeoJS veya ipwho.is servislerine başvurabilir. Hava durumu şehrini seçmek yalnızca hava durumunun konumunu değiştirir; diğer kartların IP tabanlı yerelleştirmesini mutlaka kapatmaz.
2. Ağ istekleri ve harici servisler
Canlı kartlar ve isteğe bağlı medya, harici sağlayıcılara bağlanır. Bunlar arasında Open-Meteo (hava durumu ve şehir arama), GeoJS ve ipwho.is (IP konumu), CoinGecko (piyasa verileri), Google Haberler ve haber yayıncıları (haber ve görseller), Forex Factory/Fair Economy (ekonomik etkinlikler), Nager.Date (tatiller), USGS (depremler), Apple (konum ve haritalar), Picsum (görseller) ve SomaFM (ortam sesi) bulunur. İçerik sunmak veya önbelleğe almak için OrbitSensors altyapısı da kullanılabilir.
İstek alan servisler IP adresinizi, istek zamanını ve teknik istek bilgilerini alabilir. Kullanılan özelliğe göre koordinatlar, şehir, dil, ülke veya seçilen içerik de gönderilebilir. Sağlayıcılar bu bilgileri kendi politikalarına göre işler ve ülkeniz dışında faaliyet gösterebilir. İlgili politikalardan bazıları: Open-Meteo, Google ve Apple.
3. Web sitesi analitiği ve servis kayıtları
DataDeck tanıtım sitesi, ziyaretleri anlamak ve siteyi iyileştirmek için Google Analytics kullanır. Google Analytics çerez kullanabilir; sayfa görüntüleme, cihaz/tarayıcı ve yaklaşık bölge bilgilerini işleyebilir. Bu entegrasyon Apple TV uygulamasından ayrıdır. Barındırma ve içerik servisleri, içerik sunma, sorun giderme ve güvenlik amacıyla teknik erişim veya hata kayıtları tutabilir. Bu gizlilik politikası sayfası analitik betiği yüklemez.
4. Saklama, güvenlik ve süreler
Uygulama tercihleri ve önbellek; temizlenene, yenilenene veya uygulamayla birlikte kaldırılana kadar cihazda kalır. Servisin desteklediği durumlarda ağ istekleri HTTPS kullanır. Harici sağlayıcılara gönderilen bilgilerin saklama süreleri ilgili sağlayıcıların politikalarına bağlıdır. Teknik kayıtlar uygulama silindikten sonra da kalabilir; ilgili servisin kayıt döndürme ve saklama ayarlarına tabidir. Hiçbir aktarım veya depolama yöntemi mutlak güvenlik sağlayamaz.
5. Seçimleriniz ve gizlilik talepleri
Apple TV ayarlarından konum iznini değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir; DataDeck’te hava durumu şehri seçebilir, isteğe bağlı özellikleri kapatabilir ve yerel verileri kaldırmak için uygulamayı silebilirsiniz. Konum iznini reddetmek, bağlandığınız servisin bağlantıda kullanılan IP adresini görmesini engellemez. Web sitesinde çerezleri tarayıcınızdan yönetebilir ve desteklenen ortamlarda Google Analytics kapsamı dışında kalma araçlarını kullanabilirsiniz.
Uygulanabilir mevzuata bağlı olarak kişisel bilgilere erişim, düzeltme veya silme talep etme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma haklarınız olabilir. Geliştirici bilgileri DataDeck App Store sayfasında yer alır. Bir harici sağlayıcının bağımsız olarak tuttuğu bilgilere ilişkin talepler ilgili sağlayıcıya da iletilmelidir.
6. Çocuklar ve politika değişiklikleri
DataDeck çocuk hesapları sunmaz ve kişisel profil göndermenizi istemez. Ebeveynler ve veliler cihaz izinlerini ve erişimi Apple TV ayarlarından yönetebilir. Özellikler veya servisler değiştiğinde bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm ve yürürlük tarihi bu sayfada yayımlanır.
